Day 24 – We got up at 7:30, looks like another nice day, clear & sunny, 49 degrees. Rob took a bike ride to the lighthouse, then we both walked the Coastal Trail to the cliff overlooking the Ocean. Sat out there a while, very peaceful, then walked back to our campsite on the heavily wooded, well maintained trail.

CAPE ARAGO HIGHWAY.
Day 23 – We were up & heading out by 7:55 this morning, clear & sunny, 48 degrees. We had to be at Coos Bay, Honda World at 9 a.m. About half of this trip was new territory for us. The sun was blindingly bright. Surprisingly, for a work day in a fairly large city, traffic wasn’t bad at all.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED; FOUND THE CIDER.
Day 22 – Beginning of Week 4. Hmmm…it seems longer than that since we left home. We got up at 7 a.m., 48 degrees & partly cloudy. No bear sightings yet. There are some really big ferns here; it would be cool to see a bear come ambling out of the bushes. Probably freak out the kitties, though.

HAPPY CAMPERS.
Day 21 – October…..that signifies beautiful fall colors to us. We’ll definitely miss that, one of our favorite times in the northeast. There will be colors here, certainly; but it won’t be the same.
