Day 397 – A beautiful day today, the storm lasted only about a day. The girls won. They gave us their most pitiful looks, they’re so mistreated after all. So after feeling bad for them, we decided to stay at the RV until 2 p.m., rather than rushing out in the morning to the Easton Waterfowl Festival as we’d planned. We ran a couple of errands, arriving at Gail’s house around 4 p.m.
We sat around watching Lacy, the cat, be adorable. Gail’s friend & neighbor, Elaine, visited. Then my stepbrother, Chris, came over with pizza for dinner from one of our favorite pizza places, Ledo. We had a great visit with Chris – thank you for the pizza – and Liz, we are so sorry we weren’t able to see you! Take care of yourself and feel better soon!
