BYE BYE HEAT WAVE.

Day 319 – It was much cooler today. The heat wave is over. Many of the campers that came in yesterday left this morning – guess it was just a stopover for them. We have no one around us now.

We needed to get some vegetables for dinner, so we went looking for a grocery store this morning before lunch. There was almost NOTHING around here even though we are surrounded by three unincorporated towns. We did find some frozen veggies at a convenience store. We wondered where people go when they need something; they must drive for HOURS. We cooked up some Salmon and Brown Rice for a couple more dinners. Tomorrow is another travel day and we don’t like to cook after packing up, driving, and unpacking again. Then it’s time to relax.

It rained some this afternoon. That was refreshing. The high today was 72 degrees; that was in the morning. Later it didn’t get out of the upper sixties. Loving it!
