A FISHY DAY.

Day 99 – Thursday’s are Crab Day, so off we went to Betty’s Crabmeat in Pembroke this morning. You can only get a couple of containers at a time, so we’ll keep going back to stock up until we leave here. There was nothing new at the cliff this morning when Rob went out with his coffee.

It was 68 degrees this morning when we left our land. We stopped at the Hardware Store in Lubec first so Rob could purchase more sealant for the roof. About 25 minutes later, it was 84 degrees. Just a little bit inland and the temperature goes way up. The drive to Betty’s was nice without too much traffic. Pretty day out!

Returning to the RV, we had crab sandwiches for lunch. Then Rob finished with the sealant on the roof and I made lots of progress on my planning project. We went out to dinner in Lubec at The Wharf Restaurant. It was very crowded. For an appetizer, we split a cup of Lobster Stew and a Crab Cake. For dinner, Rob had the Fish & Chips; I had the Captain’s Platter with Haddock, Scallops, Shrimp, Lobster, & Crab. The food was good & the view over Cobscook Bay was great.
