CHANGEABLE WEATHER.
Day 97 – The waves were still pounding away here, but after last night’s rain, the storm seems to have passed over us. Rob went out to the cliff and there was some bird activity since it was low tide. When he came back to the RV, he soon went to work and spent the morning washing the RV. It’s hard work, it’s big, and he was soaked when he came in for lunch.

Meanwhile during the morning, I continued planning what I need to order to restock the RV for our long trip once we get back to NY. After lunch we went out to the screened tent and spent the whole afternoon overlooking the Harbor. It was interesting because during that time frame, we encountered a real mix of changeable weather to view, from dense fog to light rain to full sun to dark/cloudy/windy – the ever-changing Maine coastal weather. The high today was briefly 72 degrees, but it dropped down to 66 and then jumped around in between. At sunset we could really hear the waves from the opening of the Harbor; Rob took a picture of the sunset.

NOTE TO BLOG FOLLOWERS: This evening, when reviewing recent blog posts, we discovered that most of the pictures from August 22 (kayaking in the harbor) did not post. If you want to see those pictures, we have put them again into the blog. Please follow this link to see them. Thank you!
