Day 37 – Boy, what a storm! High winds & lots of rain last night. With the Palmettos swaying against the RV, it was noisy. 61 degrees this morning at 9 a.m., windy & rain. We slept in. Right now at 3:30 p.m. it is sunny and breezy, gorgeous out. We actually have all the windows and the door open – mid-60’s.
We are leaving here tomorrow morning, unfortunately. My knee is not getting better in spite of doing all the recommended therapies. Our mail came in to the local Post Office, so there’s no need to stay here any longer. Rob picked it up this afternoon. Bills, bills, bills and a great package with presents for Christmas from Rob’s brother & family. (The package floated from coast to coast a couple of times before settling at the correct address.) The kitties got some new toys & have been having a blast today. Now they are worn out!
