Day 37 – The girls are settled on the dashboard on their blankets in the sun. We decided not to leave here yet. We’ll stay another day. What else is new, LOL. We were up around 8 a.m., 42 degrees, partly cloudy. There’s really no reason to leave until we have to unhook everything & drive to dump anyway.
We had another great day just hanging around at the Park. We almost had the whole place to ourselves with only 3 other campers here & one of them are the Park hosts. Bright & sunny most of the day but later in the afternoon some clouds came in & it got windy. Feels like a front may be coming in, but we don’t have a weather forecasting capability. We sat outside reading for hours, took a very short walk around, and Rob had more bird photography opportunities. The whole herd of deer came out later in the afternoon. Very nice day.
The high was 68 degrees but it got colder earlier. We’ll probably head south tomorrow. No, really, we will! The girls are very content here; we’ll be looking to stay in more campgrounds like this one. We’ve decided it’s the best stay so far this trip.
