A DAY INSIDE – STORMY WEATHER.
Day 143 – The weather kept us indoors today as expected. It rained hard most of the day and it was windy, too. We did lots of cooking plus plenty of chopping for large salads for lunches. We made a Curry with Scallops over Thai Rice Noodles. Caught up with the blog.
We did three loads of laundry at the campground laundromat. For the girls, the highlight of the day was burying themselves in the clean, warm laundry while we were folding it. The high today was 59 degrees; the temperature rose to 63 degrees during the night when the rain and wind gusts stopped.
