Oh no, big change of plans.
Day 330 – We got notice this morning around 9:30 a.m. that they were closing our campground. We (and everyone else in this huge campground) have to be out by 11 a.m. tomorrow morning. We thought about it and this is the biggest campground around and it’s almost full. 850 campsites will be emptying – where do they all go? We decided to pack up and leave as quickly as possible, more chances of finding another place to stay in the interim between today and September 11 when we have reservations at a campsite in Banff National Park.
For now, we are offline. Wherever we go, south or west, there will be no signal. We will get back to the blog when we can. We know that the Banff/Lake Louise areas have no signal. We are scheduled to be there September 11 to September 21. We will try to update from coffee shops or visitor’s centers that have WiFi. Talk to you later……………
