BURRO CREEK 1.
Day 113 – We are glad we came back here again. It’s very quiet and the scenery is beautiful. But mostly, there are lots of critters to watch. At any given time you can look out the window and see a Hummingbird at the top of a bush or tree. It’s fairly easy to hike down to the bottom of the canyon where various Ducks are floating on the creek.
To touch base with someone, we have to leave the campground and drive about 10 miles to the top of a hill. This morning we needed to talk to Cathie, so we drove to the hill. It was too bad we didn’t have any blog posts done or we could’ve posted while we were up there. Later when I was writing up yesterday’s blog post, Rob went to the Creek to take pictures.
We went out to the tent after lunch. Rob didn’t have to walk far to get more bird pictures. We were going to walk down to the Creek but it clouded completely up and it looks like rain. It’s getting cooler, too. Tomorrow is another day.
