A MUSEUM & SOME HIKES.
Day 94 – The low here last night was 28 degrees. Again it took a long time to warm up this morning, but by 3 p.m. it had reached 59 degrees, and that was nice! We’re curious if it’ll be warmer on the other side of the mountains tomorrow.

Day 93 – It was 29 degrees at 7 a.m. this morning. It took a long time for the sunshine to reach our campsite. Buried in the trees is beautiful, but it sure was cold!

To: Sunny Flat Campground, Portal, AZ.
Day 92 – As of this morning, we’ve been traveling on this trip for 3 months. Today we drove just a few miles from Rusty’s in NM, crossed the border into Arizona and entered the Coronado National Forest, and drove several more miles to our campground. As expected we had no internet and no cell phone signal anywhere in the area where we were camping.
