LIFE AT THE CAMPGROUND.

Day 104 – It was cloudy and 61 degrees this morning at around 7:30 a.m. We hung around the RV all day, only because when it did clear up we’d already gotten about halfway through our chores. So why not finish?

We got about half our laundry done. We desperately needed to do that! And we cooked up a bunch of Lobster and made a casserole dish that should last many nights. (This is so convenient when we come home from driving around all day and don’t feel like cooking.)

The only other people camping here when we arrived yesterday left this morning. We had the whole place to ourselves until later this afternoon. One site was occupied by a small Class C vehicle and another by a couple tenting. It’s really quiet here.

It cleared up and was mostly sunny with a nice breeze starting around 1 p.m. The high today was 69 degrees. We had a little time later to sit out in the screened tent. The Sea Gulls were making a loud ruckus. Then we saw a large bird, either an Eagle or an Osprey, fly by overhead with a large fish in its talons. It was being chased by a group of Sea Gulls. Life at the campground goes on.
