ANOTHER RAINY DAY.

Day 145 – It continued to rain some last night and at least half of today, and it only reached 49 degrees. We caught up with some paperwork – finances and more tax stuff – and made a large batch of Shrimp Enchiladas in Green Chile Sauce, enough to last for days. When the rain had stopped, Rob used the screws he bought at the hardware store yesterday to finish repairing the RV steps. Then he took down the screened tent because we’re leaving tomorrow morning.

The sun came out between the clouds in the afternoon, and for the first time since our arrival here, we could see for miles without the haze and the smog. There are more people here at the campground now, it’s Saturday after all, and the noise level has risen with the population. Our other days were quiet and we enjoyed the relaxation here.
