A CATCH-UP DAY
Day 27 – It’s cold in them thar hills! 34 degrees this morning. Good thing we’ll be heading south soon. AND that the girls have their heating pads.
We reserved two nights at this campground in advance because we didn’t want to hassle trying to find a place to stay on a Friday and again on a Saturday. It worked out well to take a day off from the routine of packing up, driving for hours, unpacking, then getting up the next day to do it all over again. Too many nights in a row like that gets old, so we’ve decided to break the traveling stretches up this way. Granted, we’d get to our destination more quickly, but hey, what’s the hurry anyway. Therefore, we just stuck around the RV and caught up on some things. The high today was 51 degrees and it was sunny. Tomorrow we head out of West Virginia and to Ohio.
