A DAY SPENT AT THE RV.

Day 88 – Well, as of today we’ve been in Newfoundland for 2 months! It doesn’t seem like it’s been that long, but looking back, we’ve really seen and done a lot. There was a big wedding party at the Resort last night. From up on the hill, we didn’t hear much. This morning the Loons were calling back and forth quite a bit. We love that!

It’s close to noon right now and it’s warm. Windows are open and fans are going. We just finished cooking up a big batch of Smoked Salmon/Sweet Potato Soup, enough to last for awhile.

Later – my knee was bothering me today (from all the walking in the sand and rocks at St. Vincent’s yesterday) and we had some things to get caught up on, so we just stayed at the campground. The few campers that were here, except for one RV, headed out earlier today. The high today was 78 degrees, breezy and partly cloudy.

Tomorrow we intend to be gone most of the day, so we spent today with the kitties. Right now, Gracie & Luna are in Rob’s lap, purring; and Java, the black cat, is trying to get my attention regarding dinner, her usual behavior. Pixie is spread out on the bed practicing being beautiful. She’s quite good at it! It was a nice day.
